The processing of personal data is carried out through digital and paper tools, in compliance with the provisions set forth by Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 (Privacy Policy).

The data supplied will not be released by Airgest, but it might be notified to third parties solely to guarantee the correct supply of the requested service/product and for correctly responding to any notifications submitted.

Furthermore, Airgest shall preserve the personal data supplied only for the period related to the purposes for which they were collected.

The personal and fiscal details acquired directly or through third-parties, and the data classified as personal by law, shall be processed as follows:

  • in relation to the contractual needs and to the fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, as well as to allow an efficient management of the business relationship;
  • in writing and/or on a magnetic, digital or on-line media;
  • by data processing managers and by duly authorized Airgest employees ;
  • for the entire duration of the contractual relationship established, and after its conclusion, to fulfill all legal obligations and for future business purposes.

Furthermore, the e-mail addresses supplied may be used by the company to send advertising material comparable to the existing business relationship, unless the data subject opposes to this specific processing.

Concerning the data supplied, the owning Company can exercise the rights pursuant to art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, within the terms and conditions set forth by articles 8, 9 and 10 of the same Decree.

The owner of the treatment is Airgest SpA, with legal and operational headquarters at the Trapani-Birgi “Vincenzo Florio” Civil Airport, VAT no. 01613650819.

Data Subject’s Rights

The data subject is the natural person to which the personal data refer (art. 4, par. 1, lett. i, Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Each data subject has the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of these data, and to known their content and origin, to check their correctness, or to request their update, integration or correction (article 7, Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, the data subject has the right to request the cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of the data processed in breach of the law, as well as oppose, in any case, to their processing, for any reason.
