The Code and the EU Regulation 679/2016 are aimed at ensuring that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity and the right to data protection.

Pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and articles 13 and ss. of the GDPR, Airgest S.p.A. (“Airgest” or “Data Controller”) provides this information to describe the processing of personal data collected through the website www.airgest.it (“Portal”), the purposes and methods of treatment and measures security measures taken to ensure confidentiality in full compliance with applicable law.

When completing the online form, the user will be asked to provide some personal data about him and / or the company he represents, ie name, surname, email address, company identification data, etc. The data will be processed for the sole purpose of evaluating and possibly meeting the request of the user interested in a collaboration with Airgest for advertising communication within the airport areas. 2.4. Reservation – Parking.

When completing the online form, you will be asked to provide some personal data, ie name, surname, email address and license plate of the vehicle. The payment and billing data for the service will be collected directly from the service provider. In any case, the user can read the complete information directly in the “Visitor Information” section at the bottom of the parking reservation / purchase form.

2.5. Candidacy.

At the time the user sends an email to the curriculum@airgest.it email address listed in the “Work with Us” section, Airgest will collect the sender’s given e-mail address and any personal data contained in the communication of the ‘user. Any additional personal data will be subsequently acquired by the Data Controller to carry out evaluations of the candidate’s professional profile. The use of the Portal implies the treatment of navigation data, or the set of information whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Portal and to control correct operation. In particular, the use of the Portal involves the collection of data on the browser and the device used by the user and the IP address (this is the number that identifies a specific device on the internet and that is necessary for the device to communicate with the Portal ).
