Access Rules
Through the online Airport Membership portal, accessible at the following link: https://tesseramento.airgest.it it is possible to make a request for:
- Temporary Airport Card (TIV)
- Ultimate Airport Card (TIA)
- Vehicle Pass (Vehicle Pass)
- Airport Driving Licence (ADC)
- Airside Safety Course
From 14 July 2025 it will be possible to request the Visitor Entrance Card (TIV) only for 24 hours.
Please note that the TIV can only be issued for the same person for a maximum of three times within 30 days and this permit cannot be divided in terms of duration.
News on the fare regime and TIA (airport entry card) application procedure
Subjects entitled to apply for the TIA Airport Card are informed that, starting from 20 February 2025, in implementation of ENAC Resolution no. 60/2024, there is a fixed fee of € 2.00 for each TIA requested, to be paid directly to ENAC.
It is necessary to connect to the following link https://serviziweb.enac.gov.it/public/login and follow the instructions in the attached guide.
Once the payment has been made, it will be mandatory to attach the receipt issued by the PagoPA system when filling out the file on the Airgest portal.
For TIAs issued free of charge, the free of charge regime already in force will continue to apply, upon submission of an application through the ENAC Web Services portal, in the section reserved for State Bodies.
To apply for the TIA/TIV/Vehicle Pass/Airport Driving Licence (ADC)/Airside Safety Course, you must:
- register on https://tesseramento.airgest.it (only the first time) as a private individual or as a sole proprietorship or as a company, in order to obtain access credentials;
- for the request of TIA only, register on the ENAC https://serviziweb.enac.gov.it/public/login portal and follow the instructions in the attachment;
- log in with username and password in the reserved area (https://tesseramento.airgest.it);
- Navigate to the menu at the top and click on the icon corresponding to the request.
Once the request has been made via link and online, Airgest will take charge of it and proceed with its control activities and with the authorization process.
It should be noted that, with regard to TIAs only, it will be mandatory to attach within the Airgest platform, together with the documentation already provided (security, safety, identity card courses, etc.), the receipt of payment of the ENAC fee of 2 euros.
The Airgest S.p.A. Membership Office will not be able to proceed with the preliminary investigation for the issue of the Airport Card without presenting the above.
Subjects exempt from payment (State Bodies) must also follow the instructions in Annex 1 (page 13) and send the exemption receipt issued by the ENAC system.
It should be noted that the payment of the ENAC fee for the airport card replaces the payment of the fee due to the undersigned Manager.
The payment of the fee of € 2.00 to ENAC will not be due for escorted accesses (TIV visitor pass) and vehicle passes for which the rates in force will continue to be paid to Airgest.
