The National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) – considering it appropriate to carry out a monitoring activity on compliance with the obligations of publicity and transparency set forth in Legislative Decree No. 33/2013, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 97/2016, from part of public administrations and managers of public services – has entrusted, in the context of public administrations to independent assessment bodies (OIV) and in bodies not equipped with OIV to the body having similar functions or in the absence to the legal representative, the task to carry out checks and consequent certifications in order to fulfill the publication obligations with reference to specific types of content.

In particular, Resolution no. 141 of 21 February 2018, for companies and entities under private law under public control, provides that the certification concerns the publication status, as at 31 March 2018, of the following contents:

 

Consultants and collaborators
staff
Personnel selection
Balance sheets
Real estate and asset management
Controls and surveys on administration
Services provided (service card, quality standards, class action, costs recorded, waiting lists, online services)
Other contents – Document that takes place of the three-year plan for the prevention of corruption and the transparency or integration of the MOG 231
